The Program Committee will strive for quality, variety, and diversity within the program. Abstract submission opens on January 6, 2025 while the abstract submission deadline is March 17, 2025. All submissions should be in English. Since we would like to enable as many people as possible to present their work, participants can be presenting author of no more than one contribution. Being co-author of more than one contribution is allowed.
To submit an abstract, please first create an account via the button ''create account'' in the menu. After you have created your account, you can submit your abstract via your account.
Oral contributions:
- Keynote lectures will be allocated 30 minutes (including discussion).
- Regular oral contributions will be allocated 25 minutes (including discussion).
- Presentations will be carried out on a laptop which is available in the room. You can also bring your own laptop. We do not plan to provide MAC computer for presentations and do not have extensions available for MAC computers.
- Speakers must load and check their presentations before their particular half-day session.
- Please note that only a limited amount of time slots are available for oral contributions. If a request for an oral contribution is not granted, it will automatically become a poster contribution
Poster contributions:
- The posters will be presented during
adedicated poster presentation sessions with expert panels. - The poster should have A0 format.
- Create an account, and then submit your proposal through the appropriate form on our website
