Travel by car
The TU/e campus is located in the center of Eindhoven. If you come by car ANWB signposting on all motorways to and around Eindhoven will indicate the direction Centrum, until Universiteit is indicated.
In your navigation system you can enter address: De Zaale, Eindhoven.
Upon your arrival on TU/e campus you switch off your navigation system at the barriers. The signposting system will take over the guidance. Follow the signs to the Auditorium building.
There is a parking lot in front of the building. Please note that parking is not free of charge on the campus. You can pay at six terminals on the campus or at the barrier.
Travel by airplane and train
The conference will be held at the campus of the Eindhoven University of Technology (TU/e). This has excellent transport links, located in the centre of Eindhoven, five-minute walk from the Central Station.
There are direct connections by bus from Eindhoven airport to Eindhoven railway station, while direct trains from Schiphol airport to Eindhoven run every 30 minutes approximately.

You can arrive via different airports which are all close by Eindhoven:

Train
Transportation from Brussels Airport (Zaventem)
The train station is located directly under the departures and arrivals halls, at level -1.
The platform is easily reached by lift or escalator.
You can book your trip via NS International from Brussels Airport - Zaventem to Eindhoven. This trip will take about 2 hours.
Transportation from Dusseldorf Airport
Over 350 trains from S-Bahns (urban trains) to ICEs (intercity express trains), stop at Düsseldorf Airport train station everyday, which is located on the east side of the airport grounds. The SkyTrain, a fully automatic cabin railway, will take you straight into the terminal from the station building.
You can book a ticket from Dusseldorf airport to Eindhoven. This trip will take about 2 hours. You can plan your travel via bahn.com
Transportation from Airport Weeze
The distance from the airport to the train station of Weeze is only 5 minutes by car, the distance to the train station of Kevelaer is only 10 minutes by car. The regional train connection RE10 from/to Krefeld and Düsseldorf makes daily stops in Weeze and Kevelaer every 30 minutes. In short intervals shuttle busses connect these two railway stations with the airport. You can find the time table under "Bus Connections Kevelaer and Weeze". It is not necessary to make a reservation in advance.
You can plan your trip via www.bahn.de and enter "Weeze Terminal 1" as start point.
From Amsterdam Schiphol Airport
Trains departing from Schiphol Airport can take you to the Eindhoven Central Station in less than 1.5 hours.
Cost: approximately € 23,30 one way for adults.
Once you arrive at the Eindhoven Central Station, you can reach TU/e in 5 minutes by walking.

From Eindhoven Airport
Bus 400 and 401 will take you to the Eindhoven Central Station within 20 minutes.

From Eindhoven Central Station
Eindhoven city center and its central train station are located close to the university campus. Walking to the campus will take you only 10 minutes.
