Welcome Reception and Pre-Registration

On Sunday May 18, there will be a welcome reception for all participants at the Voorhof/Senaatszaal, 16:30-18:30PM in the Auditorium (see General Information, Venue) . You are welcome to join for a drink and a nibble and to meet up with the other participants. You will also be able to register starting 15:00PM instead of Monday morning.

Social Outing and Conference Dinner

Wednesday afternoon May 21, all participants can take part in the Social Outing and Conference Dinner (both included in the registration fee). Coaches will pick us up at the Auditorium and will take us to De Efteling, the largest theme park in The Netherlands.

Here you will find exciting rollercoasters, enchanting attractions and spectacular parkshows. But De Efteling has also a very nice, fairytale-like atmosphere and is beautifully landscaped. So you can also just have a nice walk around, and have a drink and a chat in one of the restaurants, watching the world go by.

At 18:00PM, we will gather at the Fata Morgana Palace, where we can enjoy the Conference Dinner under starry skies in an Oriental atmosphere. The dinner will be very informal, so there is no dress code. The coaches will take us back to TU/e, ETA is 21:00PM.
